I reckon my indignation with collapsing buildings increases with the proximity, and the more they're close to my home the more I worry. So I have to get back to it, time and again. Leaving a bit my dreamy universe to get into real sad things. I recently learned that the pro Russians organised a science fiction littérature event called "Stars over Donbass". I don't see any star shining over that part of the world, I hear smersh I see them explode. I guess those were the real stars over that event. But then the dark humour inherent to it stirred my imagination. So here's that lady trying to light up the luminions of her destroyed house. Technically speaking the back of the Diorama is hollowed so that the light can come through it, it's also a technical attempt at doing realistic rubble based on many reference. I also spent some time trying to get that particular architectural vibe of the lodgings in ex USSR republics.
